Projektösszefoglaló – EVERPLAST Zrt. / Mitigia Plastic Recycling Program
Az EVERPLAST Zrt. projektje a műanyaghulladékok anyagában történő hasznosításával járul hozzá a körforgásos gazdaság fejlődéséhez és az üvegházhatású gázok kibocsátásának csökkentéséhez. A technológia célja, hogy az ipari és kereskedelmi eredetű műanyag hulladékokat magas minőségű másodnyersanyaggá alakítsa, amely új műanyag termékek gyártásához használható fel, csökkentve ezzel a primer alapanyagok iránti igényt.
A feldolgozási folyamat során a beérkező hulladékot válogatják, előkészítik, majd mechanikai újrahasznosítási technológiával dolgozzák fel. A folyamat eredményeként előállított másodnyersanyag ismét ipari alapanyagként kerül vissza a gazdaságba, elősegítve az anyagkörforgás fenntartását és a hulladéklerakás, illetve az energetikai hasznosítás szükségességének csökkentését.
A projekt a Mitigia Plastic Recycling Program (MPPR) részeként készült, amely egységes módszertani és adminisztratív keretet biztosít a műanyag-újrahasznosítási projektek önkéntes karbonpiaci előkészítéséhez. A program célja, hogy a dokumentáció, a kibocsátáscsökkentések számszerűsítése és a hitelesítési folyamat egységes szakmai rendszerben történjen, megkönnyítve a projektek karbonpiaci megjelenését.

Project Summary – EVERPLAST Zrt. / Mitigia Plastic Recycling Program
The EVERPLAST Ltd. project contributes to the advancement of the circular economy and the reduction of greenhouse gas emissions through the material recycling of plastic waste. The technology is designed to convert industrial and commercial plastic waste into high-quality secondary raw materials suitable for the manufacture of new plastic products, thereby reducing the demand for virgin plastic feedstock.
During the recycling process, incoming plastic waste is sorted, prepared, and processed using mechanical recycling technology. The resulting secondary raw materials are reintroduced into industrial supply chains as substitutes for virgin plastics, supporting material circularity while reducing the need for landfilling and energy recovery of plastic waste.
The project has been developed within the framework of the Mitigia Plastic Recycling Program (MPPR), which provides a standardized methodological and administrative framework for preparing plastic recycling projects for participation in the voluntary carbon market. The Programme aims to ensure that project documentation, greenhouse gas emission reduction quantification, and independent verification are carried out within a consistent professional framework, thereby facilitating the registration and commercialization of eligible carbon credits.
